UX trainer at The Informal School of IT (2020, February – present)

Contributing to the growth of the UX field in Romania, by training and mentoring people willing to make a change in their lives and determined to join this industry, design and develop the best experiences and products; training them into this field, by sharing what I also learned till now.

Very important part of my work with the students consists in people and project management too. From 1:1 sessions with the teams, providing constant feedback on their work and solving all the possible situations. Making sure of each team’s success and of the fact, that after the course, they are prepared for an interview and maybe their first UX job. Also, making sure they have at least one project in their portfolios and they are proud of that.
