AI-enabled telematics platform
Helping companies manage their remote assets. Providing the intelligence fleet managers need to take their asset monitoring to the next level. Worked on several improvements and new features in the product (Tracking, Inspections, HD Data, Sustainability concept); focused on UX research (Improvement suggestions based on analytics, user interviews, user feedback); lead different UX workshops (solution workshop to improve navigation, adapted Design Sprints for new concepts); curated and documented the Design system.
Tracking improvements
Situation: There was a beta version for the Trackign feature that wasn't ready enough to launch. We needed to make sure that before removing the beta flag, the feature will cover the main needs and problems of our users.
My work:
made an Audit and comparison between Director (an older product heavily used), the current TN360 Tracking feature and the Beta version to see what is currently missing
had several user interviews to learn about the current usage and identify possible improvements
build a new feature called High Definition Data, based on user requirement and usage in old Director
Integrated a Feedback option into the tool
provided constant support to development teams


Vehicle inspections
Problem: To make sure we're compliant with the legislation, the product needed a place for DVIR inspections and link to the vehicle maintenance feature.

Customization of the integration with the training tool
The platform was already using Walk me as the training tool, but the look and feel didn't fit the platform. We needed a customization to make the tool feel more like part of the product.
